Early on in my career, I worked extensively in digital strategy, where I worked closely with optimizing websites and on-page interactions to increase engagement and target behavior.

I enjoy working with behavioral analytics and interpreting these numbers into meaningful and actionable insights to further enhance the experience or key digital touchpoints.

🧠 How my digital background makes me a strong applied behavioral scientist:

• I am results-oriented. I don't design or create something without thinking about the impact or result. The digital nature of my work allows me to monitor performance and get real-time feedback on what I implement. The high business impact of what I do required delivering ROI for every experiment and enhancement.

• I am experimental. I understand the importance of testing assumptions and experiments. How can we know an idea is valid without testing with its users and experimenting to see which solution works best? Digital environments allow access to large-scale behavioral data, rapid testing, and iterative experimentation.

• I know how to optimize. It is essential to continuously experiment and iterate on designs to improve. User behavior is constantly changing based on the context and we need to work iteratively to improve and find out that what worked yesterday may not work tomorrow. Working in digital allowed me to experiment across multiple touchpoints, seeing how different interventions work across different contexts.
