About Me
I was always curious about human behavior and understanding how we can maximize potential.
I took the initiative early on in my career to actively learn and apply user psychology and behavioral design principles to my professional projects, gradually transition from working in digital strategy to UX, and ultimately holding key roles in the product development process.
I wanted to learn more about behavior change on a larger scale and enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania to complete my Master's in Behavioral and Decision Sciences, where I also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Social, Cognitive, and Affective Neuroscience. I've always been a strong believer in maximizing one's potential (probably why I explore so many things) and that it is one of life's purposes.

What are some of my unique attributes that can complement your team?
Some of my key features include being:
versatile, creative, team-player, and passionate.
Key Feature #1: Versatile
I accumulated a set of skills and knowledge throughout my career because I was always eager to learn and solve problems from different angles. I also worked in numerous startups so it was important to be resourceful and knowledgeable.
What connects my skills and experiences together is my constant desire to learn more about the nature of human behavior and context.
Furthermore, I employ an interdisciplinary approach and do it what it takes to solve an a problem, whether it is strategic or technical. When needed, I've expanded my skill set beyond my core expertise. For instance, I've built and customized engaging front-end interactions to create intuitive, high-impact experiences to increase engagement. Execution is just as critical as vision, and I bridge both to drive meaningful outcomes. No challenge is too big - I even took graduate-level neuroscience courses alongside a medical doctor and biomedical engineers to deepen my expertise.
At its core, my work is about influencing human behavior - leveraging data, psychology, and design to create seamless and engaging experiences that drive impact.
It’s not just about listing skills - it’s about demonstrating my dedication and passion for driving innovation and ensuring a project’s success.
Key Feature #2: Creative
Outside of my professional work, I have creative pursuits. I used to do theatre (was a Thespian), was trained in ballet and contemporary dance, achieved the highest level in piano from The Royal Schools, and did visual arts (painting, drawing, etc).
Being in the arts meant that I had to be honest in how I express my ideas yet receptive to constructive criticism for improving. This trait is particularly useful when it comes to brainstorming and receiving feedback from the team.
I carry this creative energy and open-mindedness to the workplace where I am able to discern patterns and make fresh connections to see novel possibilities for addressing a problem.
Coupled with having worked in some early-stage startups and my versatility, I have demonstrated how to be creative out of a limited budget. For example, I have helped a company save up to hundreds of thousands of dollars because I was determined to figure out a way to develop a cost-effective global ecommerce system.
Key Feature #3: Team-Player
I have lived and worked abroad, shaping me to be observant of behavior, social norms, and cultural differences.
My training in interpersonal relationship and leadership from Dale Carnegie has taught me the best way to approach and foster meaningful relationships, skills that I have definitely applied to the workplace.
Working in cross-cultural environments pushes me to have high social and cultural awareness and to be mindful of people's background and possible language or cultural barriers. I have collaborated very closely with people from Australia, Brazil, Morocco, Indonesia, Russia, South Korea, Ukraine, and Taiwan. Most of the time, English was not their first language so I had to be mindful of potential cultural barriers or differences.
As someone who deeply values interpersonal relationships, I was often able to find a common ground and shared values when collaborating with a diverse team - ensuring we were aligned toward accomplishing a goal together.
Key Feature #4: Passionate
One of the reasons I pursued my Master's in Behavioral and Decision Sciences was because I not only wanted to be a behavioral science expert but I wanted to do something I loved to the fullest extent.
I don't want to just work a 9 to 5 - I want to be a part of company whose mission and values aligns with me. I want to be feel excited about being part of a product solution that helps people. I want to know that I am creating meaningful impact.
This is what drives me to be better and deliver better.
Luckily, I already know what I am passionate about - that's creating human-centered solutions and interventions that improve people's lives.
